Made To Order

As we are a small batch, handcrafted boutique business we are only accepting custom orders at this time. Please click this link to fill out an order form and we will contact you with an initial invoice including processing times and shipping options. Once you choose your shipping option, your order will be processed, invoiced, and shipped. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Policy

Since we make our products in small batches, it may take 3 to 10 days to fulfill your order. If you need an order to arrive by a specific date, let us know.   Overnight/ Next day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Florida.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

***Temperature Sensitive Products***

Any of our temperature sensitive products ( those with chocolate or raw ingredients) are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Express, which generally takes 2–3 days, or next day within Florida. There is a minimum $10 flat rate shipping fee on all temperature sensitive orders. We ship flat rate because shipping chocolate or raw treats is a time sensitive issue so we need the package to arrive to you, the customer, in a timely manner so that there is no damage to the product once it is sent. We generally only ship cold sensitive products on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays to avoid shipping delays and having your product sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend.

Shipping prices can sometimes turn away customers and we understand that, but we stand behind our products and assure that it will be worth the price to order our products.  

Item such as granola or other baked goods can be shipped with lower shipping rates.

We will contact you to let you know the actual shipping cost based on the quantity, destination, and shipping speed of your order. Feel free to email us prior to your order if you would like a shipping quote.

***Warm Weather Shipping Disclaimer***

When the temperature is above 70°F, we don’t ship chocolates. We don’t want you to end up with a puddle of melted chocolate, and shipping overnight with ice packs is too expensive.

***Free Local Pickup***

You may also pick up your order for free at our kitchen in Boca Raton, FL, by appointment only. We will email you when your products are ready with some possible times for pickup. If you need them by a certain date, please let us know when you place your order.

International Shipping Policy:

We currently do not ship outside the continental U.S.

Damages / Refund Policy:

We want you to be happy with our products! Since many or our products are raw, they are temperature sensitive and will taste best chilled. The sooner you enjoy them, the better. All sales are final. Being that all of our products are made to order, and made by a small team of two. We cannot offer returns/exchanges at this time.

Green Girl Kitchen can’t guarantee the condition of shipped chocolates / raw foods. Although we pack the chocolates to protect them from damage, we don’t have any control over shipping delays, rough handling, weather conditions, or how long the package sits at your doorstep.

Green Girl Kitchen is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shelf Life & Storing:

Shelf Life (sealed, once opened enjoy in within a few days):

       - Happy Hippie Hemp Bars - 4 months (can be frozen to extend shelf life)

       - Chill Hippie Chocolate Bars - 5 months

       - Crunchy Hippie Granola - 10 months

Storing:

        - Happy Hippie Hemp Bars - keep sealed or in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from heat,

                                                           sunlight, and cold. Can be stored in refrigerator or freezer to extend life.

        - Chill Hippie Chocolate Bars - keep sealed or in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from heat,

                                                               sunlight, and cold. Can be stored in refrigerator, do not freeze.

        - Crunchy Hippie Granola - keep sealed or in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from heat,

                                                         sunlight, and cold. No refrigeration necessary, keep in pantry/ air-conditioned

                                                         room.
